Project Manager

upto £45,000 plus benefits

Penrith

My client has got an exciting new role as a Project Manager to be based in Penrith. For this role my client is looking for the right candidate who is experienced in heavy civil and builds, and ideally has experience working on such projects as wind farms. For this role the right candidate will also have experience of being a Project Manager working on large projects anything from £300,000 up to £300 million, so ideally has experience working on very large value projects. Such experience working large water tanks, wind farms and large reinforced concrete structures would be an advantage.

The right person will also have working knowledge of reinforced concrete in which this is essential for this position. Also knowledge of NEC form of contract ideally option C would also be ideal.

This is a fantastic opportunity, as this position is working for a national company who has been very successful throughout this difficult time. My client deals with commercial builds, to quarry materials.
