As a regulated entity, their Access Arrangement is the mechanism that defines performance targets, required expenditure and revenue requirements into the business. The Access Arrangement is vitally important to the company and is revised every three to five years.
As Access Arrangement Project Director you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the development of future Access Arrangements including formal submissions to the Economic Regulatory Authority.
You will work directly with the executive team to develop the strategic objectives and scope of periodic Access Arrangement revisions, establish the project team and governance structure and then project manage from inception to approval.
In particular, this will involve working across several core areas within the business to facilitate the production of accurate and robust forecasts of funding requirements and investment plans for all capital works, maintenance programs and operational expenditure.
