My Client, the leading player in global electronic agency brokerage trading in the Equity, FX, Futures and Options markets requires a senior market professional to join as a Foreign Exchange Specialist.
My clients platform provides its clients with the innovative trading tools to assist them seek better executions. It offers an anonymous trading platform that includes specialized trading and straight-through processing tools.
The Role:
My client are looking to strengthen its Electronic Trading Strategy group with a Foreign Exchange Specialist.
Candidates should have deep knowledge and experience in the Foreign Exchange Markets (at least 5 years). Primary responsibility is implementation of sales strategy of the electronic FX trading platform by:
• Thoroughly understanding and being able to effectively communicate the value propositions of the platform's trading analytics, algorithms and strategy;
• Supporting sales and development people in client sales meetings;
• Educating clients and salespeople by presenting at local, regional and internal seminars;
• Providing feedback to business managers on product enhancements including assisting in the strategy, design and development of new FX spot and forward trading algorithms applications and trading analytics.
The candidate will work as part of a highly motivated energetic team with a high level of autonomy and must be able to manage a great deal of responsibility.
Qualifications
• Considerable experience in the financial industry
• Solid understanding of Financial Markets and Industry Practices
• Prior experience as a FX trader is desirable
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Understanding of the challenges in FX execution and the creativity to think about value-added solutions
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus but not a pre-requisite.
